US-registered aircraft from Malta landed in Benghazi and then left an hour later

Flightradar website depicted the flight of a Lockheed C-130H (No. N3867X) belonging to Tepper Aviation, which worked in the past for the CIA, landing in Benghazi from Malta at 2:00 pm on Tuesday .

The plane left an hour later, back to Malta, without any information on the purpose and mission of the flight.
